The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center offers adaptive swim lessons for clients with disabilities. Inclusion, consistency, and progress are the hallmarks of our therapeutic programs. Our programs help people of all ages and abilities. Water is a great equalizer amongst our diverse community and we want everyone to be able to enjoy the water safely. Our goal is to provide quality swim lessons and aquatic therapy programs to our community.
Instructor-to-swimmer ratio: 1:1
Cost: $42 per 30 minute lesson, $84 per 60 minute lesson

Cost: $25 per individual per 30-minute lesson

*For a Semi-Private lesson please book a space for one child and tell us in the notes who the other child will be.
Register and book an initial assessment through the RBAC Therapy Portal
The assessment will last up to 30 minutes and will involve an interview-style conversation on land before proceeding to an in-water evaluation.
All lessons are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
It is your responsibility to schedule appointments via email email@example.com or the RBAC Therapy Portal or voicemail (626-564-0330 EXT 425) to schedule, reschedule, or cancel your swim lessons.
Instructors do not accept any scheduling communications.
At least 12 hours if you are canceling or rescheduling via email or voicemail
At least 24 hours if you are canceling via RBAC Therapy Portal
If you notify us of a cancellation less than 12 hours before your swim lesson, you will be charged full price for the lesson.
If a Semi-Private cancellation results in a 1:1 teacher-to-student ratio, the lesson will be considered a Private lesson and charged accordingly.
If you want to reschedule, you need to let us know at least 12 hours before your swim lesson.
Any notification of a cancellation received less than 12 hours before the swim lesson will count as a “Late Cancellation” and you will be charged.
A “Late Cancellation” or No-Show may be excused with a doctor’s note.
Verbal or text cancellations to your instructor will not be honored; written notice via email, RBAC Therapy Portal message, or voicemail (626-564-0330 ext. 425) are the only officially accepted forms of notice of cancellation.
Balances are posted and payments can be made through the RBAC Therapy Portal.
Balances are posted to your portal account AFTER the lesson has occurred.
You are able to make payments on your own through the RBAC Therapy Portal.
IF you wish, we are able to keep a payment card on file for our records that can be used upon Check-In to pay any balances due and for that day’s lesson.
The card on file will be automatically charged within 1-2 weeks after services have been rendered if you do not pay the balance via the portal or in person.
