Over 25,000 third-graders have participated in the program and are more water safe because of it.
Every year, the RBAC Water Safety Program provides every third-grade student in Pasadena Unified School District with life-saving swim lessons. Many of these students would have no other access to water safety instruction. Scholarship donations directly support the $300 per student program cost. Each student receives 15 swim lessons, a swimsuit, bus transportation, classroom water safety instruction, and a water safety workbook- all at no cost to the student.
Your gift to the Scholarship Fund Campaign helps the RBAC continue to provide the financial assistance that is important to our community. Your generosity helps provide access to programming that some of our participants may not be able to afford.
Give today! Make an impact in someone’s life.
Ana Maria Apodaca, PUSD Director of Health Programs, enthusiastically shared, “The partnership between the RBAC and the Pasadena Unified School District is an excellent example of a community organization that supports and benefits the academic, social, emotional, and physical well-being of a child.”
