Power Waves with Wendy Kendall - An intense aqua workout out with interval training, plyometrics and power moves to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, strength and flexibility. Location is the shallow end of the recreational pool.

SASS - Stretch After Summer Sunset with Tracy Moroney
This class offers deep stretching movement and strengthening exercises to increase stamina, as well as promote relaxation / recuperation. In the healing heated water of the Therapy Pool.
Tuesday evenings: 7:35pm - 8:35pm

Open to individuals 10 - 15 years old, the RBAC Jr. Lifeguard Camp will focus on swim skills, rescue drills, pre-lifeguard training and more. Upon completion, participants will receive CPR/First Aid Certifications
and a CPR Mask. Sign up at the front desk.
