"Pi-Yo-Fusion" led by Victoria Genisce
This motivating interval format integrates Pilates & Yoga techniques with cardio training to create a mind-body program. Pilates' concepts target the "powerhouse" muscles of the core: Yoga focuses on alignment, awareness and breath control; Ai Chi sequences are round and flowing; Cardio segments create the energy and power of the workout.

"CIRCLE OF LIFE" designed & led by Alicia Dhanifu, MFA
This class will provide low impact aerobic activities with an emphasis on the participants focusing on your purpose (your choice to determine at the beginning of class) of what you want to bring to the circle. Something that helps you feel more at peace at ease and stronger. The class will begin with a stretching routine and end with stretching with exercises throughout the class to drumming music. The movements in the water are designed to awaking the 7 Chakras. The purpose is to renew spirits, minds and bodies. To revive, regenerate, restore and focus on the oneness of our being. And have fun like when we were children, that's the magic of the circle.
