Poolates:
Poolates inovatively uses the buoyancy, resistance, and gentle movement of water to strengthen muscles, enhance flexibility and posture, sharpen coordination and balance, and relax body and soul. Poolates the perfect marriage of the prinicpales of pilates with all the benefits of aquatic exercise.

Multiple Sclerosis “MS Splash”:
Sponsored by the MS Society. A special series that uses buoyancy to provide support and strengthen muscles. We will focus on improving mobility skills and endurance for walking and fall prevention.

Silver Sneakers ® Silver Splash ®:
A healthways water fitness program designed to utilize the physical properties of water to enhance agility, range of motion, and cardiovascular conditioning. Use of the Silver Sneakers kickboard develops strength, balance and coordination. No swimming ability required.

Arthritis Foundation
Warm water exercise program that helps to increase flexibility, range of motion, endurance, lessen joint stiffness and increases stamina. This class allows you to exercise without putting a strain on your joints and muscles. Arthritis Foundation guidelines are followed.

Back to Basics
Shallow and deep water workout with a focus on low back and abdominal strengthening. Core stability techniques, balance training, and Pilates are all included in this program. This class will benefit all with chronic back pain.

Total Body Sculpting
This class is a total body workout, stretching and strengthening. With the use of weights, and resistive equipment, muscle toning is a breeze. This class is designed for independent swimmers, looking for a full body workout.

Aquatic Kickboxing
This total workout will improve muscle strength & toning, balance, & range of motion by using resistance of water. Learn kicks, punches and combinations designed to maximize the waters built in resistance.

Aqua Yoga
Aqua Yoga includes, full body stretching, meditation and breath control, cervical stretching techniques, Ai-Chi relaxation techniques, & yoga positioning.

Personal Training/Evaluations
One-on-one individualized training is available for any individual or caregiver for aquatic exercise programs and fitness training. This program can benefit persons with hypertension, chronic pain, stroke, brain injury, arthritis, and orthopedic or neurological disorders

Fibromyalgia Exercise
This class is designed to help enhance range of motion, balance, mobility, and circulation. It will also promote relaxation and resistance to stress and fatigue. Specifically designed for people with Fibromyalgia.

WATSU
WATSU releases stress, opens the heart and quiets the mind. Supported by the water, you are moved with the rhythm of your breath, resulting in greater flexibility and freedom. It entails a sequence of gentle movements and stretches, as you are held in warm water that relaxes your body, mind, and spirit.

Independent Exercise
This is an opportunity for persons who are independent in their swim skills to exercise in a supervised warm water environment. Trained caregivers may assist participants, free of charge. Evaluation required.

Special Needs Swim Club    "Stingrays Swim Team"
This program will focus on stroke development, building endurance and overall strength. Competition is a large part of any swim team as well as social interaction. Special events and competition will be arranged with the Special Olympics.
