This program will focus on stroke development, building endurance and overall strength.
Competition is a large part of any swim team as well as social interaction. Special events and competition will be arranged with the Leaps N Boundz Frogs, another special needs swim team. Requirements
Must be water safe - Must be able to swim 25 yards - Free Evaluation (call for appt.) Practice Times - first come, first serve
Tues: 4:30-5:30pm Wed: 6:30-7:30pm Sundays: 12:00-1:00pm Fees: $30/month for 1x/wk $60/month for 2x/wk $90/month for 3x/wk
Mantarays Swim Team

Jump and Jive This program provides fun music, hip hop dance moves and the use of strengthening equipment to aid
in the development of a strong cardiovascular system. Includes both shallow and deepwater excercise.
No prior swim experience is required and all levels are welcome. This overall, adult water fitness program
is specifically designed for those with development disabilities. Times:
4 Mondays per month 6:30 - 7:30 pm Fee: $20 per month.
Private Lessons We offer private lessons to children and adults with special needs. Physically, developmentally or behaviorally challenged
children and adults work one on one with an instructor who is specifically trained and experienced. Fee: $37.00 1/2 hour lesson -
$74 1 hour lesson * Partial Scholarships are Available
Special Needs Swim Lessons
The RBAC is also a vendor of our local Regional Center and we work together
with them to provide children with a positive water experience that meets their
individual needs, whether it be group lessons, private lessons or aquatic
therapy.
