This will be a transition week as we've just ended the short course season and

with group moves taking affect while we begin the long course season. 

Parents and/or swimmers please set meetings with your coach this week.

Monday - off for everyone

Tuesday 3/9 -Friday 3/12:

10 & younger - 3:45-5:00 pm

11-12 year olds - 5:30-7:00 pm

Varsity 1 & Varsity 2 - 5:00-6:30 pm

13-14 Senior - 3:30-5:30 pm

National - 3:30-6:30 pm

15 & older Senior - 5:00-7:00 pm

Rose Bowl's Jason Lezak Rescues Relay Gold for USA!

Rose Bowl's Jason Lezak comes through for USA's 400 Freestyle Relay

in what many experts claim to be greatest Olympic performance ever!

Jason anchored the gold medal, world record-setting relay team with the fastest

100 freestyle relay spit in history, by over half of a second!  Demonstrating why

he was chosen as Captain of the Men's USA Swimming Team, Jason did exactly

what he had to do in a truly inspiring performance.

According to a USA Olympic Teammate in Beijing:

"Jason Lezak put on the greatest performance yet in Beijing by an American athlete. 

What a finish to the 400 freestyle relay!  Absolutely incredible.  Really inspiring stuff.
