NCSA Junior Nationals - March 17-21 - Orlando, FL

 A big congratulations goes out to Emily Adamczyk, Scott Farley, James Gillette, Chris Myers, Katalina Sher, Briana Swinney & Katherine Tse!  Coach Jeff was really proud of the way each of them raced & became better swimmers through the process, all

while doing a fantastic job representing Rose Bowl Aquatics.  A few highlights included:

Two New Relay Records:
 Girls 15-18 & Open 400 Free (previous record set in 1999) - 3:34.38

Girls 15-18 & Open 400 Medley (from 1998!) - 3:56.14

Six Individual Records:
Emily Adamczyk - 100 yd. Fly, 56.54 - re-set her own 17-18 & Open records
200 yd. IM, 2:04.84 - 17-18 Girls record from 2001
200 m. IM, 2:23.40 - 17-18 Girls record from 2002

Scott Farley - 400 yd. IM, 3:57.94- re-set his own 15-16 record, by 6 seconds!
400 m. IM, 4:34.56 - 15-16 record, from 1996
1500 m. Free, 16:14.93 - 15-16 & Open records, from 1999

Also, Scott Farley picked up his first US Open event in the 400 IM & the TEAM tripled its number of Top 24 swims over Jr Nationals last year!  Scott Farley finished 19th in 1000 Free, 11th in 400 IM, 19th in 500 Free & 9th in the 1500 Free.  Emily Adamczyk placed 21st in 200 Breast & 20th in the 200 IM.
