Rose Bowl Aquatics Masters Swimming offers fourteen workouts in an average week:
Monday-Friday                                                              Saturdays
Mornings:     5:30-6:30am                                            6:00-7:30am
Afternoons:  12:30-1:30pm
Evenings:     6:30-7:30pm

The weekly workout regimen follows a pattern formulated through consensus with long-standing Rose Bowl aquatics masters swimmers, outlined below:
 
Monday:  Mid Distance
 
Tuesday: The Distance
 
Wednesday:  Sprint
 
Thursday:  IM / Stroke
 
Friday:  Mid Distance
 
Saturday:  Stroke / Drills
 
Sunday:  No Practice
