Monday-Friday
Mornings:  5:30-7:00
Afternoons:  12:30-1:30
Evenings:  6:30-7:30

The weekly workout regimen follows a pattern formulated through consensus with long-standing Rose Bowl aquatics masters swimmers, outlined below:
 
Monday:  Mid Distance
 
Tuesday Morning and Noon:  The Distance
 
Tuesday Night:  Sprint
 
Wednesday Morning and Noon:  Sprint
 
Wednesday Night:  The Distance
 
Thursday:  IM / Stroke
 
Friday:  Mid Distance
 
Saturday:  Stroke / Drills
 
Sunday:  No Practice
