CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Healthcare Providers
This course is ideal for anybody with a duty to act (professional rescuers and healthcare providers), such as public safety personnel, medical personnel, or members of an emergency team, such as lifeguards.
Topics covered include: professional rescuers and standard precautions, taking actions, caring for breathing emergencies, caring for cardiac emergencies, and using an Automated External Defibrillator.
Certifications are awarded to participants who demonstrate competency in skills scenarios and achieve a passing grade of 80% or higher on the written exam.
This course is open to all individuals 8 years and older and the course fee is $75.00.
Don't Forget: Bring a notepad and pen.
