This shallow water low impact class is paced for seniors and designed to promote joint flexibility, range of motion, and agility while building cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength

Dynamic Deep Water Workout
This deep water class is a great way to strengthen and tone muscles while building cardiovascular fitness with a no impact workout. This exercise program is fun, safe, and versatile for any fitness level. Flotation devices are provided.
